Founded in 1992Denzel’s Region Waste Inc. began in 1992 when Rick and Bonnie Denzel started the company in Underwood, MN with a simple goal: provide reliable waste service while treating customers like neighbors. What started as a small, family-run operation quickly grew through word of mouth, built on honesty, hard work, and a genuine commitment to the community.
From 1997 to 2025, Randy and Heidi Denzel carried the business forward, moving it to Dalton, MN. They continued the family tradition and strengthened relationships with customers across the region. Their dedication helped shape Denzel’s Region Waste Inc. into the dependable local service families and businesses have trusted for decades.
In 2025, Ry, son of Randy & Heidi, and his wife, Alex, proudly took ownership of the company, continuing the family legacy into the next generation. While the business is moving its home base to Battle Lake, the heart of the company remains the same — local roots, friendly service, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
