After using another kennel, I was simply hoping my dog would be ok with the experience. But I was met by competent, caring staff who treated my dog as well as I could ever have hoped. I'm so grateful to have this option for my dog's care. Chance is too. Kennel is spotlessly clean and Chance gets exercise, not confinement.
